Foundational Assessment
Our work with LJÓMA began with understanding how the brand operates in practice — not in theory. We mapped materials, packaging formats, suppliers, logistics, and fulfillment to establish a clear operational baseline. This initial assessment created visibility into where environmental impact occurs and where thoughtful decisions could meaningfully reduce unnecessary waste without compromising the brand’s standards or growth.
Packaging & Materials Decisions
Packaging was a critical focus. We evaluated material choices, formats, and supplier options to balance environmental responsibility, product protection, and cost. Rather than defaulting to idealized solutions, decisions were guided by what was achievable at LJÓMA’s current scale, ensuring improvements were realistic, defensible, and aligned with the brand’s long-term vision.
Supply Chain & Fulfillment Review
We reviewed LJÓMA’s supply chain with an emphasis on practicality and transparency. This included examining production partners, shipping considerations, and fulfillment workflows to identify areas where complexity or inefficiency could be reduced. The goal was not perfection, but clarity — helping the brand understand trade-offs and make informed choices as it scales.
A Practical Sustainability Roadmap
The partnership concluded with a clear, adaptable roadmap designed to evolve alongside the business. Instead of fixed targets or offset-based claims, the focus was on sequencing: what to address now, what to revisit later, and how sustainability can remain integrated into decision-making as LJÓMA grows. This approach ensures progress remains measurable, credible, and tied directly to how the brand operates.
